[Request] Transmission bar

Hi.

This is open for anyone to fill in, but I can be quite picky in these things. Just a heads-up.

What I need:

Top and bottom transmission bar. Containing a custom render of a Bottlenose (preferably as in flight) and the .pdf file to change the information (such as: incoming transmission, comm-id et cetera) and the picture of the comm sender myself. A nice background connecting the lot with space views would be appreciated.

Top transmission bar around size 550 pixels wide by 200/225 pixels high.
Lower transmission bar around 400 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.
