Like I've been saying, it's the general air of the community and (unless it suddenly changed) Admins/devs are the only ones who can judge RP and make changes based on their opinions, and this is exactly that.

An opinion.

Honestly, i think we should have a ton mroe admins/devs specifically to judge RP, and then....
ya know, actually have them change things to show the consequences of official faction's actions.
They get all this power, and yet have no responsibilities to use it correctly or properly.
