Well obviously you are just trying to post bad stuff about people that you dont like to vent your anger. Trying to help some people disolve the player faction so they can take over the stuff the players of CR created?
I know for a fact that the CR have strongly limited their cap ship use and encouraged their members to fly snubcraft as much as possible in the past. Do you look at how many people else fly caps? Liberty? Order? Maybe CR members wanna try out the brand new ships too now, liek everyone else? The "cap ships popping up in a few month"... well, is that different for any other faction?
People like to fly caps. That's part of why they play discovery. Because discovery has a lot of very nice cap ships, and they are free to fly them. If they couldnt do that, this server would have died long ago. Just a comment... I almost never fly caps, because I am highly trained in fighters. But I like to RP in my caps, although I find them unatractive for pvp combat.
About what you said is lore.
What is your problem with the CR population? They left before the "vanilla lore" sleeper ships. The vanilla sleepers left as a desparate move to run from a war they were losing. Its possible that there were many more colonists on the CR ships when they left sol than the 5 that ran through the blockade. Its actually plausible that they were.
And...
The CR population is tiny compared to that of the rest of Sirius. So whats your problem?
Apart form that...
Time passes more or less fast according to how fast you are traveling (dunno if you got that far in highschool yet). The ships of sirius did not have jumpdrives or lanes. They must have traveled with "conventional" speed, which means time passed more slowly for them while they travelled. We dont actually know how long the Sirius settlers were "sleeping". Could have been for centureis. Could even have been for longer, relative to observers that where not traveling with them. (look here if you dont understand taht part http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_dilation). For people who were not traveling with them at that high speed, more time would even have passed than for the ships. Thats actually part of the Battlestar Galactica lore (I think its explained in season 3 or 4), which most of CR lore is bases on. They systems the CR were in could have been in another corner of space, and since the universe expands that means the 2 were moving at a different speed relative to each other, whic means that time also passes differently in them. So when one of them comes to the other with "non conventional" (jumpdrive, wormhole, nomad-or other tech whatever insta-stravel) ways where the time, its only natural that there would be a time offest, if the 2 had been moving by high "conventional" speed relatively to each other long distances and for long times.
So, CR actually make a lot more sense than... well... most other factions, even the vanilla freelancer ones. Dont even get me started on Gallia or certain others.
