The basic idea of the faction might have been an import, what it is now is far away from this. I honestly doubt that you would see an import behind it if you wouldnt know what it looked like in the past.

Now about the CR lore, I actually find Knjaz explanation pretty good. Your numbers are also not that correct Meow, we have less BS's then we did in .85 once we decided which ones will go. ( We currently have ONE BS more then we did in .85 because we didnt want to take already existing ships from our members, I think you know where that ONE BS more comes from:P)

Had 3. Dutch donated 4. Then we started accepting people so they can have BS. 5, 6. Promise to M for 7th. BS 5 leaves, replaced by another.
