RM seems to be a bad offender of the “lazy cop.” Ordering everyone to planet New Berlin to be scanned instead of patrolling, then attacking if you don’t show up. On this other topic, I do believe that pirates should be allowed to use up to a cruiser. A BS is a bit too large, but a cruiser is completely logical. You didn’t see Blackbeard in a rowboat with a musket.
