In my mind - the CR have what they have been seeking for some time now - a home.

Pecos is your most precious, precious jewel. That needs to be the CR's number one priority. Not gallivanting across space to beat up on old enemies.

The Outcasts will come to you in the fullness of time - smuggling routes being what they are. What i want to see is more interactions with Liberty.

Liberty can now import Helium-3 direct, and they will be looking for a source of Deuterium in order for them to make their own H-Fuel from these ingredients.

This is a critical source of political interaction, as well as funding for the CR.
