I always like how the battleship with the lowest armour, bots bats and core and guns in game was considered OP in 4.85.
Indeed as it seems for the factions that fought it was extremely hard to find any other Bs and something with CD- the something with CD- CD the Osiris, any other BS loose his shield while recharging its energy 0 m from the Osiris and then crush it with its enormous Gun output/hull points/bots/bats.
Anyway it was too hard in 4.85 to do that as it seems- using CD and tactics.:lol:
4.85 Osiris was damn weak vs any other capital ship but extremly strong vs snub craft.
4.86 Osiris is Dev Joke with the People who use Osiris- ubernerfed battleship that cannot do anything.

My proposal on the Osiris is to have 3 heavy(2 360,1 front only) 2 Medium(360) turrets and rest small turrets-
So the ship will continue to be good vs snubs but will fail big time vs any caps while will be able to play the role of the light battleship- staying away from direct attack while shooting from distance.

Giving a ship with 7 m core and that hull points 5 med turrets with crap arcs while it does not hull or core to sustain them is just a bad joke from the dev team.

The other funny point is the 4.86 Solaris nerf but I will comment after some more testing.

In general for 4.86 comparing the ship nerfs/buffs and the ID nerfs/bufs I find the whole hypocrisy about the balance and the favouritism for some factions and groups really sad and disappointing.

Official faction players that are often accused of elitism, never deploy them and have those weird, immersion killing "fair fight/dueling" suicidal hobbies. (yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
