To sum it up, I was going to get an answer other then "It's a cash for unlawful" and "It's dangerous" since both those statements falls to all mighty infocards and to overall situation. Infocards states that artifacts, the part of which is getting into market, are not dangerous at all except them fall on your head from above. The situation with illegal stuff in other houses makes me think that one house don't give a crap about the other house's problems as long as it is somewhere far from them. No matter ally or not. Hessians pirating in Bretonia (Omega 3 is Bretonia territory, not even a bordering world) but that do not stops Bretonia from not declaring Blood Diamonds a contraband, and so on, etc, etc.
