I've just gone through the faction posts and I can't find any mention of a faction called Dark Knights, just the Phantoms TDK fighter squad.
So who ever is in charge of the Dark Knights needs to look below.

What should be included in each post:
1) Faction name and tag.
2) Brief faction description - ideals, goals, alignment - lawful or unlawful, and whatever other information you find appropriate. But keep it brief.
3) Complete list of faction members with ranks (if the faction has ranks).
3a) (Optional) For whom is the faction joinable, if it is joinable. What are requirements for members.
4) Diplomatic status - list of allies and foes, optionally list of neutrals.
5) List of systems that the faction claims to be under its control.
6) List of systems that are subjects of dispute with other factions.
7) Taxation in claimed systems - from whom how much will be collected. Don't make taxation overcomplicated; remember that immune characters and characters of level 24 and below cannot be taxed.
When information in the post becomes unaccurate, for example, a new member joins the faction, the post should be updated by faction leader as soon as possible.
