Actually, I'd have to disagree. The LSF are more akin to the FBI, a domestic policing agency with far more resources and power than regular police forces. SWAT teams would be a subdivision of the LPI, as they are with the police.

Not actually. More like CIA, to be exact. They have business even in other Houses, but secretly.
And secretly they are testing new weapons for the Navy, something FBI would never do for USA.
But, as i said, this is not the idea about SWAT or anything like it. We'r not supermen, robocops, SAS or anything like it.
I believe we all agreed to RP regular cops.
Later on, we might consider idea about Police special forces, but first let's make the Doughnut eaters, shall we.

@Ascendancy - 4 vengeances is something we would need to discuss.
As i said, it is desirable to have a uniform loadout.
That means, if you join, you can't pick your own weapons.
