Ok, one more time: we do not pirate because we want to get rich (like the Outcasts and Cardamine) we pirate because we want to get enough to survive and defend ourselves from all the people wanting us dead (SCRA, Hessians, Mollys, Bounty Hunters, bretonians, rheinlanders, IMG, etc). We don't do it for personal gain but for our nation's survival. Why is that so hard to understand?

I know why you pirate - you take what you need, because no one will just give it to you. You demand it, because your people are more deserving - it's like what Ezio *cough* i mean Bindo said in his monologue - They were blessed with everything, and you guys made a choice to have nothing - Otherwise you'd all be hanging out on Malta.

I can make a really funny joke about how this all relates to the console wars - how kids would beg there parents for a gaming console, and if it turned out to be junk, they'd still defend it with vigor, just so they wouldnt have to face buyers remorse.

But I digress.

The corsairs are born out of necessity - they take, and they take, and they take. I believe there human nature will be, that should they suddenly have no more left to take, they will invariably find new things with which they can...take. By force.
