While I don't agree with his way of putting it, I do agree that ALL capships need to be put in guard systems.. Every last one. Zoner Jugg and Destroyer should both be on Livadia. All RH caps need to be in Braunschweig, and so on. And the good ships need to be on main bases, with medium ones on normal bases. Like Eagle on Freeport 9/XV/Planet Gran Canaria. Sabre on Malta. Titan on Crete. Wrath on Planet New Berlin or a battleship.
Also, transports should be in shipyards or major trade centers. Why exactly is the Border World Transport on Gas Miner Naha?! It should be on Helgoland, that has shipyard docks!
