Elaborate. What did we promise and not deliver?

Well, apart from player bases, which you mentioned, there's still cloaking devices, jump drives, and docking modules. Any news on those? Are they still... happening?

Single player console and contact list ship filter added.

Single Player console is a thing that lets you use certain console commands in single player. You can open the chat window in SP and enter certain commands, like "jump" and "base" and stuff. There's a help screen built in with it.

Contact list ship filter is a nifty thing that creates a "new" dedicated list in the contacts window in the lower left of your screen. Click on the Ships icon to show all the NPC ships nearby, then click on it again to show only other players nearby.
