[font=Century Gothic][color=#FFCC66]To all registered Council personnel, today is a day of joy. Today is a day of celebration of our victory over Planet Marne. And so, with happy times come happy announcements.

First, I would like to welcome our cheese production plants, for having increase in production of 300% comparing to this day 2 years ago.
Second, we have a new Colonel in our ranks - Colonel Pierre LaFlamme, as well as a new Commodant - Quentin Chasnial, and least but not last - monsieur Simon Marseille who have been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations messieurs.

And last - I would like to announce that our supply division is now on a full scale operation of relocating anxious Gallic citizens, that wish to escape the Royal hands to our newly funded Roussillon system.
