Case of the vanishing codename

Earlier today, I decided to loot a specific wreck in Omega 41, for a WILDFIRE. I decided at that point that spending quality time with the radiation in that system was enough for me, so I hauled ass back to Omicron Theta. On my way back I checked my equipment to see how much damage it had taken. In the process, I took note of what I had in my cargo hold. I had a WILDFIRE, 3 Skyblast B's (or whatever the GMG lvl9 Guns are) and a rather beat up Countermeasure Dropper. I arrived at Freeport 9 unharmed, and docked and got ready to mount my new weapon on my Nephy. However, when I went to mount it, It had vanished! Did some Corsair's or Zoner's or someone passing through decide to plant a dud weapon on the wreck? Or was I sabotaged?
