Did you create the mod you are running on the server?

No

Do you have right to ask people for money and give them in return someone's work?

No

We are not asking for money are we? No.


If people want to volunteer money to assist solely in running the server, in which is running said mod, and in turn get a gift as a simple 'thanks' for helping us to keep the server running, then so be it. As I've said, we aren't the first server to do it, it's a good way to thank people for donating, and/or as an incentive for getting people to donate.
