Interest in a new Gallic Royal Navy faction?

I dont really care to join GRN| because it is full of players who are already established in this faction and I feel like I would have to be taking orders from them when alot of them arent very active anyway. So whats the point in that?

A faction cannot grow with members joining if the older members are not flying in space alot to guide the newer recruits it would just become a stalemate! I think the best way forward would be a new GRN faction with active leaders to guide everyone else, only then will it work.

Now, that sounds prideful and arrogant.
