Seeing as I worked a late shift, I'll present all the facts to see, in black and white:
A rogue pilot in a Loki light fighter engaged my recently fitted Ravens Claw. He was throwing everything he had at me, full guns, sunslayer torpedo's, nuclear mines, the works. He didn't even down my shield before he ate a minirazor.
Smuggler with 3600 units of Cardimine, persuaded to drop all cargo. Contraband destroyed on the spot, pilot apologetic and issued a warning. No further action, as disposal of contraband was completed without a single shot either way.
Other smugglers, Planetoid Express and LightManTrader, confirmed to be carrying Cardimine. Former escaped capture, the latter tried to penetrate Liberty twice. Never got to his destination, either time. Cardimine not destroyed in target's destruction, disposed of on the spot.
All to report for now.
As an addendum, I concur with Phil Rocconan's recomendations while the Liberty Penal Code is still in the final stages of completion. If fines are paid before then, scratch from the list. If fines are not, then they will likely be increased. I seemed to remember a 100 million credit fine for quite a few things on that list....
