Kell looked at the woman standing in front of him, Dr. Rachel Whitcomb, Medical officer of the Nidhogg.

"How bad is it?" Kell asked her inquisitively.

"Well, luckily, the shot passed right through the arm" Rachel began.

"However, the motor neurons that control your muscles were severely damaged by the bolt" she continued.

"You're going to need a prosthetic when we get to Mu" She finished.

An expression of unease flashed across Kell's face "Great, well, can I still function?" he asked.

Rachel nodded silently.

Getting up to leave the Infirmary, Kell tapped his comlink "Jack, any updates?" he inquired.

"Not much sir, however I have determined we are somewhere in the Omegas" Wilson replied over the comm.

"That's good news, have Rebecca get working on the comm array, maybe we can contact Canaria" Kell responded, walking out of the Infirmary.
