Matsuda alone has some 3k population, but thats not what matters.

Just checked all GC bases.. your Guard base with 12k forced me to laugh:D anyway in total you have 18k.. and don't tell me that all 18k are pilots.

The GC receives a lot of assistance from people within the Kusarian society. Those could cause Kusari quite a lot of trouble.

erm... that much so they can appoint their empress and claim her ot be new true leader?:lol:

That scenario only works if Kusari is HEAVILY crippled, which is quite likely after a long war which they lost. A lost war would make the civilians quite unlucky which would bring more support to the radical groups.

It could happen if old government was still incharge.. but there is new "better" one... that want peace and even tried to contact those 2 radical groups(good for public support of new regime)

More support for them means more power and larger numbers. Also, in a really crippled Kusari the KNF would barely be able to defend the state, so forces would be more or less equal.

Sry but there just can't be THAT much of support to make you equal to House navy.

Even RHA in Rheinland(3rd largest pirate organisation.. with LWB, Unioners, and Bundscuh as support) understands that they don't have yet enought power to siege Dresden.. even if RM loosing war too...
