No, he did not move at all, so I guess he was not totally honest to you. If that really would have been a RL emergency he could have F1'd or simply docked, because if his story would be true, wouldnt he have been close to a base?
I dont have a problem with you guys. I'd just appreciate if you would create your activity like everyone else should. And thats not by afking somewhere 22k above the plane to escape any possible interaction. Because that somehow comes along with being an official faction.
