BS cruising back into fight

For the cruising stuff, what Adrian has said has an important point. If a capital ship is completely forbidden to use cruise in a fight, it could give a fighter run away from them with the advantage of advanced thrust velocity. Yet some could say this, then why don't you use cruise distruptors or escorts? And I could come up with this, not everytime cds work perfectly in different situations and there could be times that you have a lone encounter.

Doesn't this just give people a reason to use a fighter instead?
I mean, the more we limit these larger ships the better! I for one would like to be able to do what ever it is I do with out having to get past massive Cap ships every day.
With the Cruise disabled for large ships the "Solo Battle ship Hore Guy" won't get a lot of luck, where as the fraction Flag Ships aren't really affected as they have escorts.

Cruise is NOT ALLOWED guys. Hood has said it so many times already.
(Perhaps if you lived my life for a day you would support this..)
