Not at all, I have outlined why i think TBH OSI and TAZ are breaching Faction rules, I can further link to you guys official comms if you don't understand the ones im referencing.
I simply think you "Stated" Approach is in Breech, Corsairs and OC's have shot zoners many times, Under the gauss of piracy, If a zoner doesn't comply, This to me is a non issue, As ive also stated Im not nit picking at Corsairs, It's the situation, One created by a group of factions. Its my view they break the faction rules, I have outlined why I think that, And would love for you to read and respond, Or provide me the link were you have already addressed the faction rules.
At the very least, If im wrong, you will help expand my RP, Cause at the moment, I have no acceptable roleplay in the systems i reside in while TBH are active in space. Note i said acceptable i can still get by with "some" excuse for RP
