RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH RIGHTS 3 AND 4

3 & 4) Official factions have the responsibility to consider the overall well-being of the Mod and player base in general when planning activities and faction rules, and should seek to enhance the gameplay on the server as a whole, or gameplay within their regional territory as a whole whenever possible. Faction rules and events should be implemented for the greater good of gameplay for all groups impacted by them, not just the group creating them. Consultations with groups that are affected by faction rules or events is a simple courtesy that should always be offered. While membership in an official faction may be exclusive, the faction should strive for inclusiveness in terms of creating fun and rewarding gameplay for as many other players as possible.

We belive what we are doing is in the best intrests of the server and it's players. Role play interactions are good things and we should should always strive for that. I have also discussed this with the leaders of OSI, TAZ, and the Corsair Council oorp before taking the rp steps we have.

6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions.

Our actions match our reputation. The reputation of the person on the other side does not come into play here. It doesnt matter that you are green to the Sairs, TBH is not green to you.

We have done this. Just because a message is closed in rp, does not mean you cannot read it oorp and does not mean it should be ignored oorp. We have given reasonable consideration to our adversaries here. What that means is pretty broad. Probably for a reason, because it allows the freedom for roleplay to happen without people such as yourself demanding not to be shot or held accountable for things.

5.2 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%

Not sure what this has to do with anything here.

The intent of this right is to allow official faction leadership to also provide leadership, with discretion, to independent players, to improve server gameplay, fairplay, and roleplay.

This right is NOT intended to provide the official faction leadership the right to exercise power for its own sake."

We are providing solid rp leadership to indies. We are not exersising power for its own sake. This rule is about not forcing something on indies of your own faction. We are not doing this.

RIGHT 1) Official Factions are free to restrict or not restrict access to their owned systems and tax players who enter owned system. However, properly Tagged and ID'd independent players may enter Guard/Owned systems, and cannot be taxed. Access to systems that surround owned system must not be restricted unless there's a war with another faction.

That doesnt mean that you can stop other people from coming into a guard system, it means that you can blow them up if they do, and that there can be rp consequences to the actions taken in guard systems.
