That's what I thought, so under ZA, Back in my day about 1 or 2 years ago (Don't remember exactly) This was covered in the NFZ documentation. I take it you were chasing these guys, Or else how would you know they docked? I take it someone was in scanner range to see the Dock message.

In saying that, I never dealt with that type of enforcment, I don't know what the punishment used to be, But it was not accepted under NFZ rules.

Cant find the Post, But around here somewere, Theres a more recent post detailing the NFZ rules, Were this behaviour is/was still acceptable under NFZ rules.

Nothing was done about it back in the COZ days either. I should know, I was a longtime member of the COZ. Regardless of that, we choose to handle the problem the way we choose to handle the problem.
