If you posess a Phantom character, please tell me if you still are active in the Phantoms. If you know a Phantom who isn't on the forums, tell them A)To get their little butts over here, and B)Report in for them.

Those who do not reply to this within, oh say... a week or so (month of you guys give me a really, really good reason), you will be taken off of the Phantom members list. No, I will not pay to have the tag removed, you'll have to do that yourself. Because if you're not on the list, and we who are catch you, you will be hunted.
