These are genuine questions. After seeing the responses here, I want to see the community's reasoning behind how these factions can have all these capital ships.
I reckon that that: Corsairs, Order, Hessians, Outcasts are like old word rouge countries and Mollies, Blood Dragons, Hackers etc'¦ are more terrorist groups and should only have from gunboats down, because of visibility (from government forces) and not because of income.
