Just to add, Theres actually a post outlining and answering all your questions, I believe by cannon. It was about 3 days after the 4.86 first release.

Now if you cant find it, Let me tell you, some of these things are "In the game" Just no-one has them, Go to one of the servers claiming they will give you a cloak or JJ then try using it, Pretty nice, Love the work admins put into it all, HEY WAIT CTD

Relog, Cool!!!! I like the effects, wow they over did this L33T hey were did my hud go, why cant I get my ship back arggggg!

If you really want to try, Start your own local server, Rep Hack admin love and lots of it, Dock on admin station, And buy some gear.

Theres a post here detailing how to use it, I had some serious issues playing with JJ but the Cloak was pretty nice and easy.

Also while your there, Buy an admin cannon and go pew pew things, Its fun for about 5 minutes, Then you relog Discovery RP 24/7, For some reason, slumming it out, getting shot at/Pirated in your "sub-par" ship is more fun than being the biggest and best king of sirus.

Not being smart, just saying, Have a play if you really want, And go Crazy, It is fun for a short time, But its not a game if everything is given to you off the mark.
