Misuko nearly smiled 'hm ' maybe you are not completely stupid. Can you remember how much the advert asked for?'
Gen scratched the top of his head 'uhm...I know it had a four in it.... four credits?'
Misuko struck her husband with a wooden spoon at each word 'baka! Four?! Forty four?! Think harder idiot!'
Gen reeled backward with each hit 'Ow! Hai!... Ow! Twenty four?! Four hundred?! Ouch ' Oh! One thousand four hundred.'
The woman stopped her spoon-lashing 'Hai that sounds about right ' and the deposit?' she raised the spoon threateningly.
Gen made a scholarly face 'I believe that was two thousand.'
his wife replied sarcastically 'Oh look, I married a genius.'
