Well, I don't know if there's any chart of which precise weapons and ships belong to which groups. But all Liberty plasma and laser weapons belong to the Liberty Lawful category.

If you want to go pure civilian on your Dromedary (and get 100% power), you should use Stunpulses/Debilitators, Starbeams/Flashpoints, or any of the Civilian Chain Guns (Bluebells, Ecos, Wildfires, and Purple Goddesses). Those Lavablades are definitely what's causing you the trouble.

And buy the "real" Freelancer ID instead of the old Civilian one with the Starflier on it. There are still some issues with the other miscellaneous Freelancer IDs in terms of energy efficiency.
