Circumstances: The First rogue Flying dominus I caught 2 days ago on a lane in California leading from the New york jump gate to riverside, after a little chase I gave up and he decided to chase me at which point I caught him and destroyed his ship
The second rogue came straight after dominus as i found him at the end of the lane near riverside station

The outcast I remember from before when he destroyed my ship in new york a few days back I found him near west point fighting with the hellfire legion so I thought I'd jump in and get some kills.
