If i have a ship in a limited zoi on the big sirius map as it is its a loss of incentive to be on that character.. it causes one to "shelve" that charicter when theres no activity, Two shelves don't make a right. But at this point i am skeptical and downright chaulk fulla historical examples why carving up the map for ships/factions don't always work the way you want them to. At this point a little free for all can only help things.
