Guard Stations selling Pilots

What about Guard stations selling Pilots?
(Which can currently only be obtained by shooting NPCs.)

For example;
Stations in Virginia selling Navy Pilots.
Stations in Braunschweig selling Military Pilots.
Stations in Omicron-85 selling Outcast Pilots.

I think the only Guard Station which already sells Pilots is Corinth Research Station in Omicron-74.
It won't be that hard to make it possible for all Guard Stations to sell their Pilots?! With doubled prices maybe?

Would be cool if it'd be possible.

(Same goes for Fleet Admirals, Cruiser Commanders, Gunboat Captains, Pirate Pilots, Civlian Pilots...)

What do you say? Is it worth the effort?
