Discovery 4.86 - Update 4 Released

- Reverted technerf to 0.91 from 1.0 for all allies guns. Updated MM and Reaver technerf based on most recent information and ruling.

Unfortunately it would seem this isn't entirely cleaned up. Ageira ID + Vengeances = 91% core.

Also, glad to see the Update out.


Edit: Cryocubes only available in Gallia?
Definitely not an issue for base building at all.
