I don't see the point in limiting recruitment.
As long as the potential recruits agree with LPI policies and rules, they are welcome.
More = Better.
Even if it means 30 members.
It won't last forever.
Believe me, one more "Elite" faction is not what disco needs.
The only thing required should be WILL to RP.
Yes, will, because new guys can't actually RP like the old ones. So they have to learn.
As long as they are ready to fly a Patriot (No, not Liberator, Patriot for starters), mount uniform loadout, and have fun while RP-ing, they are welcome.
Or, at least, i would recommend it to be like that;)
