Permission to Build the Base

Hola Senor,

My name is Sami Amigo, son of Sails pilot Mejor_Amigo.
Senor my father is not well in recent days, so I am taking care of my family business.

I want a permission to build a base in Omicron 91 system, I am aware its a Guard system.
Nearby Battleship Prox, so we can research & build the more advance tech like Jump drives, Clocking devices on our own.

This remove our dependency on other faction for the techs.

Senor, we just hired a freelancer base construction platform & smuggled commodities need for base construction.

I will assure you that the freelancer hired is trustworthy & loyal to corsairs,
also we will not hire any outside party to supply the base, only corsair pilots & faction permitted by TBH will be allowed to base.

If my crew performs well then I'll be proud to arm the TBH & Other corsair Flagships with the weapons manufactured in my factories.

Also after base is fully operational, as per my fathers want's, we will transfer some rights to other sairs.
