In order for Doctor XiaoBei to finish the prototype 'Kulov' Cloaking Device the Coalition must call upon each and every one of you to gather samples from the most recent race in Sirius History to show signs of Cloaking Ability, XiaoBei specificly wants their organic tissues so that he may run genetic analysis upon them and work his special brand of magic, also should he somehow let slip by him another horrible design that he absentmindedly approves without looking at the paperwork again I'm going to be most displease...But I digress my Comrades.
As for the recent guests of the Coalition, the Colonials who decided to take up our Premier's offer of sanctuary, treat them with respect and aid them as possible, any behavior unfitting of a Coalition Officer in they're presence will be dealt with harshly and spend some time as a 'Volunteer' for the good Doctor XiaoBei.
