Hello there, just something to point out.

Operations here will be based out of Bethlehem Station in Pennsylvania, the main headquarters of the Hale's Angels

Now, looking at the Official Zoner Policies, Section III, part A:

The NFZ is neither a security blanket or safety net for pilots resp. factions to hide behind, nor the according Zoner facilities are a place where Non-Zoners are hosted permanently - every Non-Zoner is a temporary visitor.

It used to be stated more clearly, but seems to have got cut out in the recent revisions. Still, If you want to use a Zoner base as your headquarters, you're going have to ask the Zoner Alliance really nicely.
