A little querk on 4hour rule.

Once in my lifetime I must agree with ryoken, that this is awesome loophole that admins have not covered (yet?).

It isn't a loophole. The trader can only defend himself in a system where he was destroyed. Therefore, the fighter started the combat - that means if he dies it is his fault as he started the fight and he is restricted by the 4 hour rule.

Nothing confusing or loopholish about it.
