i think this is the same as when meet together corsair,outcast,police,i am 100 sure that the corsair and outcast will first shoot to each other and only then to police.
when i find out the novaPG come..i did NOT fire on anyone...and they both just fire on me..and when i am on my corsairs character..i will attack the enemy pirate first..there is few reason i will do that..1st..when you are not fly toward to a cap ship..enemy cap's gun won't hit you easyly..and i can get away from the cap easyly by using my thruster..
