I am Joseph François Dupleix, an investigations officer for the Office of Naval Intelligence. I am hereby beginning my investigation into the records of the crew of the RNS - Rouge Etiole. The suspicious happenings on board the ship since its sudden return from unknown territories has prompted the ONI to initiate Alpha Protocol against the vessel. We have hereby placed it under official scrutiny, and I will conclude once I have over viewed a variety of logs beginning with when the suspected incident began to occur.
