Orders from who? [RM]? Last time I checked, official factions cannot control indies. This event is because of indies, we can't and won't control their actions.
By that, we could impose 1.2 on Rheinland for hurting the lore then? Who knows, we decided to resolve this inRP anyway, screw sanctions.
EDIT: Guarding Kruger from harm should be their priority, diplomacy could be restored later, lives of the miners not.
