Del, we had a discussion on skype about the whole "where does everyone stand who has what" thing. This is a perfect example of what happens when everyone has NO idea what inRP recourse their faction has at its disposal.
Please, the admin team needs to make an official statement setting the bar and showing what strengths and weaknesses each faction has. If we are going to have a more fluid plot line, this is essential. Otherwise it will all devolve into the "bang, I shot you, you're dead." "No I'm not, you missed!" of children playing cops and robbers.
