Corsairs that dock in New Berlin and friends

It's quite annoying to be playing RM and kill a Corsair to see it respawning in New Berlin of all places. People, get your act together. I don't care if you are starving back home, if you are poor and misunderstood. As far as Rheinland is concerned, you are just a bunch of unlawfuls.

We don't like you. Hell, we've just been through a declared war with you people. What do you think? We will grant you passage through Rheinland with no questions asked? Landing permits? Hell no! I don't care how many Red Hessians you kill, you're still not welcome, and you should act like that.

Now, there's also a bunch of generics (Civilians/Mercenaries/Freelancers) that like to parade Corsair aligned ships through our territory. Guess what? We don't like you either! "Oh, I've won this Titan in a game of cards." Well, my friends, if you're buddies enough with Corsairs to win their ships and get out of Crete alive with it, you better stay amongst the people who enjoy your company. If you stole it and magically managed to get out of Corsair territory in one piece we still don't know the difference and I have one word for you: Junkyard. That's correct, get rid of that ship as fast as you can and collect the credits for it, don't expect to be treated kindly if you have enough of a bad taste to be flying that horrid thing in Rheinland space.

Last night we've met a Civilian IDed Titan. Of course we stopped him and started questioning about how he got his hands on it. Sensible as he was, not only he was flying under a Corsair guise, but he started talking back to the local military. Well... Not a very wise move that one, was it, buddy? We've warned you Rheinland officers have their senses of humor surgically removed at the academy. And for the record, we do not eat donuts in Rheinland, try strudels next time. Ah, and also, go steal another one.

6.6 PvP combat is allowed only on roleplay basis. The pilot who is attacking must scan for an ID prior to the attack. Relying on general reputation status (red/neutral/green) without scanning for the ID is not allowed.

Non-RP attacks are considered PvP abuse and are sanctioned accordingly.

This rule was written to enforce RP, not to discourage it. So bear in mind that I don't care if you have a Civilian ID, a Bounty Hunter ID, a Diplomat ID, or even a Rheinland Military ID. Either you act accordingly why we are not supposed to attack you automatically or we down your ship just as fast. Ever heard of civilian disobedience? So, don't act like badging those IDs at us make you immune despite what you do.

I'm not coming with excuses for us to kill anyone we please. What I'm saying is that it's part of our RP to enforce law and order within our territory. You either play nice or pay the price, whoever you are.

P.S.: This goes to all the unlawful characters docking in lawful bases in Rheinland. It's just that there seems to be nine Corsair aligned characters out of every nine and a half.

EDIT: To be honest, the thing that irritates me the most isn't that these characters come to Rheinland. I mean, it's in everyone's rights to play a nitwit character. What irritates me is those guys whinnying our eyes off in PMs after we destroy their ships.
