They can offer it, but the question is if the people buy it west. I've researched the food market heavily before restarting Synth and it was easy. Samura still has a large market share with the older people. The young people go Paste, its much cheaper....

Rheinland would suffer badly in the short term and will have road to recovery ahead. The Liberty factions pulling out would suffer as well, leaving a profitable market... all in all EVERYBODY SUFFERS
