Well base IS in CD range. GB undocked from it and quickly thrusted to me so I could even react to escape it. and after it Bomber undocked as well. so Im dead eat. But you cant move it farther so its usless.
I mean IMG is unballanced as trade-mining faction. With that cool Bomber, ability to use own GB and Cruiser and good trade routes. But this will not change too.

I will try to change my piracy in that area. and I will try to pirate all IMG ships supplying that base as well.:)

Would expect nothing less then to be pirated by Corsairs in the Omegas:). All fine and wholly in line with who and what the Corsairs and IMG are to eachother...

As for the gunboat - you must have been a little north of the lane-to-gate line if it was in CD range that quick. It's out of range, but not by much. Easy to drift left or right a K or so, especially if you're shooting something. And we did position the base so that anyone undocking faces towards the lane.

As for the IMG ships - the bomber is a heavy bomber, much like the Waran, which is open to all. Our gunboat is not the best in the game, for taking out pirate transports the Kusari Explorer (which we technically can use, but don't) is better. Our cruiser is strong on the forward arc, but has trouble attacking something behind it. Trade routes - well, IMG isn't allowed to carry most restricted goods through houses. We also can't supply most unlawful factions like the Zoners can. But we do have good routes for ore trading, as mining -is- our primary activity. Usually.

KTayn: Contrary to popular belief, we don't mind being pressured every now and then. If people want to cargo-pirate IMG and sell that to BMM or assorted unlawful bases, have at it:). We'll warm up the Lhotses for you!

@Talesin: Nikita is probably talking about the Oberhausen Ore Depot near the Stuttgart gate. It's set to unrestricted docking (and is NOT an IMG base to my knowledge, at least not one IMG| has anything to do with) so anyone can get in there: Corsairs, Hessians, heck, even the SCRA could stop by for Vodka and cookies.
