Corsairs that dock in New Berlin and friends

As for the Freelancers and Mercs, we have a very particular reason to segregate them. There's an ongoing bounty on RM personnel and since Mercenaries (and some Freelancers for that matter) can't be trusted not to try and carry out those bounties they are to remain outside our borders until the bounty is lifted.

Ya, a little more on that subject. The reason I re instated the Merc/Freelancer ban is because last time the Bounty was up, we have Mercs docking on New Berlin, launching, and firing on us! Ya, well, if ya really thought I was just going to let every single Merc pass by freely after that experience, then ya got another thing coming. The RM don't take risks to have situations like that happen again, so we just tell them all to leave. We don't fire first unless of course they've fired on us in the past.

Now, as for the Pirate/Corsair IDed pilots docking on New Berlin. I have two words for you, but unfortunately forum rules forbid me from saying them, so moving on... If Pirate/Corsair pilots really believe they can get away with docking on Rheinland's main house planet, they're up for a surprise. Because we all do have screenshot buttons on our keyboards.

Also, I see people aren't happy about how RM law and our pilots work. Well, ya don't like it then don't come to Rheinland. The RM aren't some goodie pilots that go to the bar with pirates everyday. We are strict, we can be mean, and if you break the law you die. It's simple as that and not hard to understand. It's how we've always been. Now, we do shoot any pilot that carries a Pirate ID of any kind, because whether or not they've committed a crime, they have someone else and they will in Rheinland. I'll give Gronath that one for not shooting the Transport, that's an alright call. Think of a Pirate ID as if it's a Smuggler ID on a Transport. We won't shoot any kind of transports unless of course they break the law. As for their escorts carrying pirate IDs, that's a different story. Like I said before, we don't take chances.

Corsair's in Rheinland. That's a touchy subject I've always been on... I still personally think there -should not- be any Corsairs in Rheinland at all. Fine, ya can hang around in Omega 15 and try to take on the batttleship, but ya don't come in to Rheinland. Please give me any location in New Berlin where you see Corsair NPCs, and then ya sure, come on in, I'll have cookies baked and ready for ya at the door. (Same applies to the Molly incident a few days back...)
