is Colonial at war with Bretonia?

Bretonia and Liberty decided to become hostile to the CR. It's fair game if the CR retaliate. Like Haggis pointed out, the SCRA offered shelter to the CR that wanted to continue to play after the disband. There's no problem with it.

When exactly did Liberty or Bretonia become hostile to the CR? As much as I remember not a single fight between them and the Colonials happened.

The CR infocard, even though its still terribly outdated, also says something different, both Liberty and Bretonia arent listed as hostile there, so the diplomacy with those shouldnt count as 'at war'.

Outcasts and Gallics should be the only ones listed as enemies now.
