Starflier Wars Episode II

Alright, heres how it is, a while ago we did a starflier war, and we decided for the second one we would make some changes. So, heres what I have planned.

Everyone starts a new acount, as a starflier, they then have the value of the starflier plus upto $50,000 of their own funding to spend on the ship, other ships can be bought, sold, used, other parts, anything, but they must be bought fairly, not traded from other players at a lower price etc. But as well as all these budget player, I would like one player to have one of the new battlestars, then all the budget players have to take it out. Battleship doesn't use any SB/NB and cannot have an armour upgrade, it can have any weapon arrangement desired. Dependant on how many people sign up rewards are negotiable, and so are extra bits of equipment I think will be necesary for attacking a battleship. So what do you all think?
