' Wrote:So. Bretonia and Liberty are going to shoot at any ship carrying a Colonial ID/IFF. Military, Civilian, doesn't matter.
However, the previous government did not issue any sort of combat order/statement/whatever that would bring the Colonial Republic to war with Bretonia and/or Liberty on their side. The actual order I gave, though I can't find it right now, was that all Colonial ships (military and civilian) stay out of both Bretonia and Liberty.
My guess is that if that bomber is part of the Coalition division, he can be shot to pieces. If he isn't, he can be shot to pieces, and reported. Make what you want of it.
"Any =CR= vessels, including those belonging to its trading arm, found breaking this order will be subject to termination."
=CR= is no more. There is a new faction forming under the tag CR| I believe. Following the letter of the declaration, the reformed faction is NOT a faction-non-grata in Bretonia or Liberty, unless their governments decide otherwise.
The part that broke off and has joined the SCRA had better be using the Coalition ID for that purpose. They want to be a part of the Coalition? Take the ID. Don't like the resulting technerf? Sux2BU. Rules apply equal to everyone in that regard.
